Coach Aubrey Aldy
Endurance sports have been a lifelong pursuit for Aubrey Aldy. His athletic journey began at age six on the soccer field and continued through football, wrestling, and track & field during his school years. Those early experiences laid the foundation for a career dedicated to performance, discipline, and helping others achieve their goals.
Aubrey’s coaching philosophy was shaped by his service as a U.S. Army Infantryman and Physical Training Leader, where he developed a deep appreciation for resilience, consistency, and the power of purposeful training. While stationed in Hawaii, he completed his first marathon at the 2001 Honolulu Marathon—a pivotal experience that ignited a passion for endurance sports and set him on the path to becoming both a lifelong athlete and coach.
Today, as Founder and Head Coach of All Day Endurance, Aubrey works with athletes ranging from first-time racers to elite competitors. He provides comprehensive coaching that extends beyond training plans, integrating performance planning, strength development, nutrition guidance, race strategy, and mental performance coaching. His approach is rooted in helping athletes maximize their potential while maintaining long-term health and consistency, striking the balance between pushing limits and avoiding unnecessary injury.
In 2025, Aubrey joined the AUXO Collective as an Assistant Coach, working alongside Olympic medalist and world-class triathlon coach Katie Zaferes and a team of highly respected endurance professionals. This collaboration allows him to contribute to and learn from some of the sport’s most accomplished coaches.
