All Day Endurance Coaching Packages Come with the Following:
- Orientation Call: When you sign up your Coach will schedule a call to discuss your goals, schedule, experience and take any questions you have
- Support: Access to the All Day Endurance Private Facebook Group
- Discounts: Access to Sponsor Discounts when available
- Goal Planning: We will make sure your goals, training and race schedules are aligned
- Race Day Fueling Plan: We ensure you fuel properly on race day and have confidence in your fuel plan
- Heart Rate Analysis and Monitoring: We use Heart Rate Analysis to consistently measure your workouts and plan for Race Days
- Gear Check and Review/Recommendations: Not sure what to pack for a race or whether to buy the newest training tool? Coach Aubrey will point you in the right direction and ensure you have the necessities to train and race
- Race Day Strategy: Each race brings unique challenges and your Coach will give you a strategy and key points to remember as you conquer your race; as well as a pre-race warm-up and cool down if needed
- Race Schedule Assessment: Your Coach assists in choosing races to prepare you for your A Races
